elfmusic’s work spans genre and size - from running an acclaimed not-for profit promoter and record label to producing a 20,000 capacity festival in East London, setting up a pop-up street orchestra and fundraising for award-winning projects.
El has recently worked as Creative Producer for The Rose Hill, an artist-led music and arts venue in Brighton, Network Director for the Jazz Promotion Network (JPN), and Executive Director of Vincent Dance Theatre, alongside supporting organisations and artists with fundraising, producing and strategic work.
