elfmusic is a music consultancy led by highly experienced creative leader Eleanor Ward. One of the most sought-after producers in the new music scene, El has over a decade and a half of strategic leadership, programming, producing, fundraising and management experience.

She has worked in arts funding for Arts Council England and PRS Foundation, as Programme Manager for music education charity Sound Connections, Festival Producer for Field Day and Spitalfields Music Festival, co-founder and Project Director of Street Orchestra Live, and as Executive Director for nonclassical, the ground-breaking music promoter, record label and events producer, and Vincent Dance Theatre.

In her freelance capacity of elfmusic, El has managed artists including EXAUDI and Joby Burgess, worked for promoters including The Nest Collective, project managed and produced events for The Rose Hill, Tangram and Presteigne Festival, and provided fundraising support for London Contemporary Orchestra, Sound and Music, KammerKlang, Union Chapel, Baba Yaga’s Hut, Arctic Circle and Mara Carlyle, amongst many others. She was on the Club Showcase jury for Classical:NEXT from 2019 to 2021, and DJ-ed in Rotterdam and London.

As a respected arts professional, El is regularly invited to sit on juries and speak on panels at conferences across Europe and beyond. She is a passionate advocate for supporting musicians and artists, and a mentor for Arts Emergency, she said.so and Classical:NEXT.
